ISU Associate Members’ Day

Nick Haslam, Principal Master Mariner has also recently taken part in a panel discussion with the International Salvage Union (ISU).  The ISU Associate Members' Day was a face-to-face event held at the Merchant Taylor's Hall, London on 23 March.

The panel discussion was moderated by Andrew Chamberlain, HFW and included Nick Haslam, Brookes Bell, Ian Freeman International Group (IG) and Leendert Muller, ISU brought together to discuss: 'The role of marine consultants'. 

Nick commented that: "It was great to be back at an in-person event and it was a very interesting discussion, touching on the instances when Special Casualty Representatives have acted as salvors and the resulting issues and challenges arising from this, we certainly could have discussed the wider subject for longer."
